A NEW 🆕 set of Active Seniors 🙆 Pilates Mobility & Flexibility Classes in Taney Parish Centre / Dundrum
⏩ will start tomorrow Thur 2nd May 2024, 10am & 11.30am.

All of you inquired before earlier this year or sometime last year for Pilates classes, either via www.PilatesDubln.ie or via ww.PilateswithMartin.com.

There are 3️⃣ 🪑 🪑🪑 places (10am class) and 2️⃣ or 3️⃣ 🪑 🪑 places (11.30am class) available for those classes starting this Thursday.

Please let me know with a 📝 brief message (ideally 📲🤳 SMS or 📲🤳 Whatsapp message
as I won't be able to access e-mail too regularly) 📝 if you are interested in joining and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

The course runs for 👉 9-weeks (01.05.2024 - 26.06.2024) for €126 👉 drop-in classes €15 are possible if availability allows.

The usual payment options are 💷 cash, 💳 card online or 💸 IBAN transfer.
Please contact me first, to make sure there is availability, before paying online or transferring money via IBAN.

There is a 👉 maximum of 10-12 participants per class. See the link below for more details (Please ignore the course dates on the website)
