The Senior Pilates & Fitness Classes cover age-group-specific activities/exercises and are tailored to your needs. Some exercises are done lying on an exercise mat, and other exercises are done standing or seated.
The classes are also there to give you ideas about what you can or could do in your own time, at home, when travelling etc..

We combine the following class elements and class benefits :

  1. Flexibility & Mobility Exercises allowing you to stay supple, flexible and mobile so you can do what you need and want to do throughout your day or week.

  2. General & Core-Strength Exercises enabling you to maintain and gain strength, to make your daily activity easier. The Core Strength & Pilates Exercises help to keep your back, various joint and neck in good nick.

  3. Balance Exercises

Think of these activities and exercises as a long-term investment into your health and well-being that will enable you to live life to the fullest and generally maintain good health.

  • Our Sandyford, Belarmine, Stepaside ( venue 2 of 2 ) 👉 October & November 2024 Classes
    👉 continue throughout 👉 the next months until the end of 2024.

  • Once-off or Trial Classes for €15 are possible.

  • There is a maximum of 8-10 participants per class.

  • Ample free parking is available.

  • Payment can be made (1) cash or via (2) online credit/debit card payment or
    (3) IBAN transfer (details are available on request) .

  1. Over 60s/70s & Active Seniors Pilates Class times:

    1. Thursday Mid Morning 10am-11am

    2. Friday Mid Morning 10am-11am

  2. Small classes: 8-12 participants max. per class, to allow some degree of individual attention.

  3. Social Activities: we generally meet once a month for tea, coffee and a chat after the class.

  4. Level: All levels ( Beginners ), women and men of all ages are welcome!

  5. Our Dundrum, Goatstown - Taney Parish Centre Classes continue throughout October & November 2024.

  6. You might consider a One-to-One Personal Class / Session with Martin.

  7. Venue: Taney Parish Center ( venue 1 of 2 ), Dundrum, just off Taney Road, between Dundrum and Goatstown.
    in Dublin 16, D16, in walking distance from the Dundrum LUAS stop and Dundrum Main Street.
    Close to Churchtown, Mount Merrion, Milltown, Clonskeagh.

  1. - 6 Classes ( 6 consecutive weeks ) €84.00 or pro-rata if a 6-week course already started.

  2. - 7 Classes ( 7 consecutive weeks) €98.00 or pro-rata if a 7-week course already started.

  3. – Booking-deposit (non-refundable) €50.00

  4. – Trial Class, Drop-In Class €15 ( if availability allows, please contact Martin before attending)

  5. - Personal Coaching, Personal Training Sessions are also available.

  6. - Gift-vouchers are available.
